When Michelle Obama arrived for the groundbreaking of the White House Kitchen Garden on Friday morning, she was dressed in head-to-toe black, layering a long cardigan over a turtleneck and leggings, and patent leather boots. She cinched the waist with a Maria Cornejo belt that she’s worn repeatedly in the last few months.
